About Us

DB Contracts was established in 1999 by two brothers John and Hugh Dobbin. During the company's early stages most of the work consisted of individual new builds and renovations while working from the family home. After a number of years the company started to grow with each project becoming larger in size and value. This resulted in a minor restructure of the company in 2003 with the office being relocated and the addition of further staff.
In 2003 the company was renamed DB Building Contracts Ltd, from here the rapid growth of the company became apparent. Numbers both on site and within the office began to increase as the company won more tenders and forged relationships with some of N.Ireland's biggest developers.
At the end of 2007 DB Building Contracts built their current office's at Presbytery Lane, Dunloy. To date DB Building Contracts employ over 40 staff along with many sub-contractors. The company has become one of N.Ireland's largest private house builder's, constructing in excess of 150 houses per year.
